Terms and Conditions for Family Bred Puppies

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services, communications, and opportunities provided by Family Bred Puppies (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, submitting your information, or participating in delivery opportunities, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing, using, or participating in any services or communications from Family Bred Puppies, including text messaging and delivery opportunities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in delivery opportunities or use our services. By participating, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

All delivery drivers and participants are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Family Bred Puppies.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your own schedule and availability

  • Transportation arrangements

  • Insurance coverage

  • Compliance with all applicable laws

4. Delivery Opportunities

Family Bred Puppies may provide delivery opportunities via text message or other communication methods.

  • Opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Submission of interest does not guarantee assignment

  • Once a delivery is claimed and confirmed, it is considered assigned

We reserve the right to:

  • Assign, reassign, or cancel deliveries at our discretion

  • Modify delivery details if necessary

5. Compensation

Compensation for deliveries will be communicated in advance.

  • Payment terms and timing will be specified per delivery

  • You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations

  • Payment is contingent upon successful completion of the delivery as agreed

6. Driver Responsibilities

By accepting a delivery, you agree to:

  • Safely transport the puppy

  • Follow all instructions provided

  • Maintain a safe and appropriate environment for the animal

  • Communicate promptly with our team

You are responsible for:

  • Vehicle condition and safety

  • Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

7. Animal Care and Welfare

Drivers must ensure the humane, safe, and responsible handling of all animals during transport.

Failure to meet these standards may result in:

  • Removal from future opportunities

  • Termination of participation

8. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Family Bred Puppies regarding delivery opportunities and operational communications.

  • Message frequency varies

  • Message and data rates may apply

You may opt out at any time by replying:

  • STOP to unsubscribe

  • HELP for assistance

Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

9. Communication Expectations

Timely communication is essential.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Respond promptly when necessary

  • Provide accurate and current contact information

Failure to communicate appropriately may result in removal from future opportunities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Bred Puppies shall not be liable for:

Participation is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family Bred Puppies from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

We do not guarantee:

  • Availability of delivery opportunities

  • Frequency of communications

  • Continued participation eligibility

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Safety concerns

  • Failure to meet expectations

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
