The $50 temporary deposit is available to families who have a phone interview scheduled, but want to reserve a puppy immediately. This is refundable and holds a puppy until the day of your scheduled interview. If you decide to adopt, it is applicable to your complete deposit.
The $500 full deposit officially reserves a puppy! It is available to families with who have been approved to adopt over the phone. This is nonrefundable and applicable to your final balance. It is also what allows us to schedule delivery, and is always transferable between available puppies, even future litters!

Yes, of course! We just use their name as a reference point so we know which puppy you’re interested in! We never call the puppies by the name on our website

Yes, we do! We offer transportation by car, plane, and through a concierge/puppy Nanny! Check out our Puppy Shipping page for more information on how this works if you are planning to have your puppy delivered to you!

Yes, they are! We do a standard nose to tail vet check that inspects their heart, joints, hips, ears, bite, and fecal!

Yes. We do health checks on the parents to ensure they are healthy and won’t pass any health issues down to the puppies. This is to ensure your puppy is in the best health when they go home to be a part of your family.

No, this is a common question we get asked. We believe that this is something that the owner should choose to do and make the decision on their own!

A puppy that has the word “Pending” by their name means that they are on hold for adoption! This means that the potential owner has placed a deposit down to reserve that puppy!

You will get your puppy when he/she is 8 weeks of age! Of course, we have many puppies past that age, but we do not let our puppies go home sooner than 8 weeks old.

We will review your application, our turnaround time is generally 1-2 business days. We will then most likely contact you via text to set up a phone call interview! Our phone call interviews are to ensure that our puppies are going to the best homes. We ask that you be prepared by the end of the call to make a decision, if approved, but of course, we know that cannot always happen. A puppy is a big decision and we understand that, but we ask that you discuss the decision with your family prior to the phone call! This is to help ensure that you have discussed it and are not jumping into anything on a whim!

Congrats! You’ve been approved and you’re adding your dream puppy to your family! If you’d like to officially reserve your favorite puppy, you can do so with a $500 non-refundable deposit. You also are welcome to schedule a visit without placing a deposit to come and interact with any puppies you're interested in. We will then send over some helpful tips as you prepare for the arrival of your precious puppy. We will discuss the transportation/pick-up of your puppy. The deposit to place a puppy on hold is $500, this deposit is nonrefundable. We also do allow visits without a deposit! There is no transaction fee for deposits. We accept: PayPal, Venmo, credit/debit, Zelle, and Cash App, as options to place your deposit on your puppy and pay the remaining balance. We will get you the information for your preferred payment option once you are approved! For the final payment, Credit card does have a 3.5% fee.

We understand how important it is to visit the puppies before deciding which one to adopt! Yes, you definitely can visit without placing a deposit! The only thing we do require is a phone interview before visiting, which we set up after an application is submitted. For transparency, the deposit is what officially reserves your puppy. We have had families schedule visits without a deposit and later find that their favorite puppy was adopted by another family before they had a chance to visit.

On your pickup date, you will receive your puppy (obviously, ha!), puppy’s vaccination and health records, a blanket with the mother’s scent, a 1/4-gallon bag of food your puppy is currently eating, and a little toy your puppy can take home! You will also receive a puppy packet.

Yes! Your puppy will have had its 6-week checkups and will be up-to-date on its vaccinations!

If you have a crazy life right now, can’t get a puppy, and want to keep an eye out for our future litters, please sign up for our Puppy Waitlist located at the bottom of each breed’s page! We will send you a newsletter on our new available litter of puppies. Rather than doing a waitlist we like people to be able to reserve the exact puppy they are interested in, rather than putting a deposit down on a puppy that’s not yet born.

The puppies do not come potty trained. However, they are trained at a very young age to use a doggy door in order to use the restroom on the grass and this gives them a great start. We also do offer a full potty training upgrade for $800 that you can add on!

Yes. We offer a full 2-week, one-on-one potty training program that is available as an add-on! This helps create the perfect transition for your puppy and the cost is $800. Imagine how great of a transition to have your puppy come home with 2 weeks of potty training done with one of our professionals!

Yes, we offer a full board and train program that’s 15 days that teaches different commands and full potty training for $1,750. Imagine your puppy coming home with leash training, basic commands, and potty training!

Yes, there is sales tax that is charged if you pickup in Indiana. If we deliver the puppy to you in another state, no sales tax is charged!

Unfortunately, puppy size can never be guaranteed! By using the parent’s weight and the puppy’s weight, we can give you a very good idea of expected size, but it is never guaranteed!
