Bringing home a new puppy is an exciting and joyful experience, but it also comes with responsibility. During the first few days, set up a safe and comforatble space where your puppy can relax and begin to feel at home. Puppies thrive on routine, so establish consistent feeding, potty and bedtime schedules right away. A trip to the vet within the first week is important to ensure your puppy is healthy and on track with vaccinations. Provide high- quality food and plenty of fresh water to support growth and development. Training and socialization begin from day one. Crate training and potty training help your puppy understand boundaries, while positive reinforcement builds confidence. Introduce your puppy to new sounds, people, and gentle experiences in a calm way to encourage a well-adjusted temperament. Most importantly, be patient. Puppies need plenty of rest, reassurance, and time to adjust to their new surroudings. With consistency your puppy will quickly become a cherished member of your family.
